The provided email, the name and the surname in this form are collected in order to register you in the web site https://trauttmansdorff.midaticket.it/ and to process your purchase task and the receipt of the ticket.

Registration allows you to recover the purchased ticket also in a second time.

Ticket’s payment is allowed only through credit card. Credit card data are not recorded.

Following data will be saved and recorded: info of payment status, transaction id code and order number, your ip address, date and time of the transaction.

This information is necessary for the authorization to issue the ticket when the payment is performed, in order to answer to any requests or to exhibit proof requested by institutions (like banks) or in case of assessment by authorities.

Your data may be used, subject to your specific and optional consent, for the purpose of sending information and / or advertising material or for commercial communications regarding new products or updates and news on existing products

The additional personal data requested such as address, city, province and country are optional

In the case the purchase process was successful, you will receive the ticket also by email.

The Gardens of Trauttmansdorff castle will use the email address in order to send communication related to the event.
Purpose of processing The non-communication of mandatory data leads to the impossibility to benefit of the services described above.

The non-communication of optional data will not have any consequence on the requested service
Data transfer outside EU countries Collected data in this form will not be transferred outside European Community.
Communication and data recipients Collected data in this form will be processed by M.I.D.A. Informatica srl as the operator of the restricted area.

Eventual financial transaction will be performed transmitting an order number to Nexi Payments S.p.A.
Storage time of the data All references and personal data related to an eventual transaction are stored ten years. The possibility to access to the restricted area is maintained indefinitely (unless an explicit request is made).
